  1. Service Cancellation by Client:

    • Clients may request the cancellation of services at any time by contacting our support team at info@skdigital.co.in.
    • Cancellation requests must be made in writing and should include your account details, the service you wish to cancel, and the reason for cancellation.
    • Depending on the nature of the service, cancellations may be subject to a notice period as specified in the service agreement.
  2. Service Cancellation by SKDigital Solution:

    • SKDigital Solution reserves the right to cancel services at any time if there is a breach of the terms and conditions, non-payment of fees, or other valid reasons.
    • In such cases, we will provide a written notice to the client along with the reason for cancellation.

Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility for Refund:

    • Refunds are only applicable to services that have not been fully delivered or completed.
    • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the service commencement date.
  2. Non-Refundable Services:

    • One-time setup fees, consultation fees, and any third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client are non-refundable.
    • Services that have been fully delivered, including but not limited to completed digital marketing campaigns, SEO work, and social media management, are not eligible for a refund.
  3. Partial Refunds:

    • For ongoing services that are billed monthly, if a client requests a cancellation partway through a billing cycle, a prorated refund may be provided for the unused portion of the service, subject to management approval.
  4. Refund Process:

    • To request a refund, clients must contact our support team at info@skdigital.co.in with their account details and the reason for the refund request.
    • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the approval of the refund request.
    • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.
